I hate feeling ill

Ok folks still have my cold and lungbuster of a cough and now I seemed to have hurt my back as well. The poker has been pretty flat and I am now a few bucks down but thats PLO. Still at least I am on holiday now.

I can now post to my blog via a new wordpess app for my phone. Technology is a good thing. However I have to set the tags via the PC shame you can't do that in the phone app, ah well better than nothing hehehe

Back in the game....

... Well managed to find some spare cash and decided that Bwin would be my site of choice. Looking back at some bankroll history I have most of my best wins have been at Bwin Poker.

So its time to get back to grind and see if I can get back to playing.

… gotta love a good run…

and no I don't mean a jog, jumped into a 25c/50c PLO game on PokerStars and played a tight and polite game and finish up a few bucks. I did loose a few pots and thought opps but managed to grind back and over my buy in. If I can keep this up I should start to grind it up.

Not Playing so great but…

… been hitting the Stud tables at PokerStars and so far down a little in the bankroll. Got beat by a few full houses against my trips and 2 pair but over all not too bad. I think I need to tighten up my starting hand and perhaps fold not so good hands.

Will play a little more and see how I get on over the next weeks or so…

Yay for Stud...

Just had a great game and managed to double up my buy in, playing tight and playing better starting hands seemed to work well. As for the fpps and vips this seems a slow haul but if I can move up the limits I should be able to get this going.

Hmm must be getting better?

Just played 2 games of Stud on PokerStars and seemed to have walked away with extra chips! Had some good hands on these games, I did get my straight smashed by a flush but on the next hand managed to full house my money back from the same player!

Loving the Stud...

So I've been hitting the Stud tables over at PokerStars and been having a little fun. A few minor wins but still trying to get to grips with this game.

Ok so that’s out the window…

So it looks like I can’t play the PLO game now, so I will have to look at the others on offer, would love to play a Stud or Lowball game but alas no game like that. Might see if I can get into the mixed game for LOLs, just looked now and I think I will hit the mixed game and see how it goes.

… that I have removed the GCat1666 blog and redirected to this blog instead. Due to a few problems in the past with Google’s blogs and also to a few changes I will be using this blog more.

I have registered to play in the PokerStars World Blogger Championship of Online Poker! The WBCOOP is a free online Poker tournament open to all Bloggers, so if things OK with PokerStars I should be in the games...

No IAW Podcast this week...

... due to lack of hosts, there is no show this week.

Well that went well... Not!!!

... So even after I managed to grind a $48 to $97 bankroll on PaddyPowerPoker I found the games to have been hard to find and the only games I could get was 50c/25c which really killed of the bankroll.

Managed save some and put this on PokerStars so at least I have access to more PLO games on PokerStars.

Playing better…

 

Ok folks, I have managed to PLO my PaddyPowerPoker account from $48 up to $91 but the main problem I have is the PLO games on PPP are very scarce at this time. There seem to be many more games over at PokerStars so I might have to move the bankroll over to PokerStars.

I will give it another week and see how it all plays out.
